Meet Our Team
Hi, I'm Lexi and I'm so glad you're here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certified in Perinatal Mental Health with over 20 years experience working with individuals who have struggled with depression and anxiety, or have endured traumatic, overwhelming experiences. As a psychotherapist, I empower teens and adult women to trust themselves and find their voice in order to confidently make healthy decisions and have positive relationships (including one with themself). Together we can identify what some of the barriers are to feeling happy and calm and implement some changes, often small and simple ones, that can make a big difference in your life.

The amazing team at Connections Counseling can offer a wide range of support to teens and adult women and strives to provide a posiive therapeutic experience. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you to find the right fit within our team.

Molly Simonse, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Hello! My name is Molly. Whatever may have led you to seek therapy, I am glad you are here.
Living an authentic, fulfilling life can be complex and overwhelming, whether you are juggling
life’s day-to-day stressors, a major life transition, or feeling stuck in unproductive patterns of
behavior. Taking the time to acknowledge and reflect on your experiences, thoughts, and feelings is an invaluable step toward living the life you want.I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to treatment.
My style is affirming, empowering, and solution-oriented. I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work and offer an authentic, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I aim to empower you through learning, conversation, and connection. Therapy is your time, and it should be designed around your needs and preferences. In that spirit, I will help you to develop clarity and confidence, and together we can identify your goals and create a plan that meets you where you want to be!
Hi, I'm Haley. It’s hard navigating all that is expected of us in today’s world. It’s even harder if you’re struggling with things like relationship problems, ADHD symptoms, anxiety, and/or depression. Imagine a world where things feel more manageable. You have someone to talk to about your feelings on a regular basis, someone to help provide some guidance and skills to cope with the harder feelings. You have a safe and supportive space to vent about the problems causing you stress and you don’t feel judged for thinking and feeling the way you do.
In my practice as a master’s level therapist, I work with clients who are experiencing difficulties in their day to day lives and meet them where they are to set goals and develop a plan to achieve those goals. Together, we can reduce your stress, improve relationships, get organized and feel in control of your life.
While I work with women across the life span from high school through adulthood, I have a passion for supporting young adults as they navigate the transition into adulthood and managing “the real world.”
