Therapy for Depression

You don't feel like yourself anymore.

Depression doesn't always look like what we see in the movies. Loved ones might not even notice you're sad, but inside you're suffering. You get through all your daily tasks, but the effort it takes feels insurmountable. You feel like you could burst into tears at any moment but spend tremendous energy keeping it all together. You want to spend time with friends and family, but its just easier to stay home and binge a show than pretend everything is okay. It's okay to not be okay.
