It's just so hard to find a balance and hold it all together.
We work with intelligent, motivated women who find themselves impacted by negative thinking, toxic relationships, or unfulfilling jobs. It can be hard to set boundaries with the important people in your life, so you might feel completely drained for putting everyone else’s needs before your own, and then feel guilty if you ever say no. You’re trying to balance being the best wife, girlfriend, mom, friend, professional, or self you can, but you feel like no matter how hard you try, you’re failing.
Together we will identify the patterns that get in the way of you becoming your best self.
We'll explore why these patterns exist and identify and practice strategies that will break harmful cycles and help you make decisions you can feel good about. Many of the women we work with had challenging relationships growing up and are ready to take time to look at how those relationships impacted them in earlier parts of their lives, and are still impacting them today. For some this might mean a traumatic experience, while for others it could be a complex relationship with mom or a hurtful romance that caused a lasting impact.
You will be amazed that with a little time, a lot of work, and the guidance from a supportive, trusting counselor, you will find beauty and strength within yourself you may have forgotten, or never known you had.
